i have AWFUL under-eye circles. i've tried using concealer, but i don't always have time to mess with it, plus it usually ends up looking odd. is there anything that will help get rid of them, or at least reduce them a little??

Also heard cucumber slices are quite effective to hydrate the skin under the eyes. Btw, how have you been sleeping as of late? For circles also come from lack of rest and too much stress. Recommend getting a good massage, especially around the upper neck area.

Good points Gandalf, I'm a bit of an insomniac and have quite high stress levels... _________________

Post subject: Sleepless nights..
|
|

Do the following to help yourself since you tend to have sleepless nights:
• Stretch, yoga works great for this
• Meditate, feels odd in the beginning just sitting there but if gives you chance to work out that stress from within
• Eat more fruit and drink lots of water
• Take a bath, to relieve muscle tension
• When you find your partner, have tons of sex - very relieving (of course, unless you want kids, you know what to do :p )
• Read up on books involving self massage and massaging others so that if you find a partner or friend, you can make sure they are doing it right when they massage that neck of yours ;) .
Since you tend to stay up late everynight, make use of that time and try these things. It'll help work out the stress and give you the rest you need before you finally decide to sleep. Who knows, it may get you to sleep more in the end and reduce the bags under your eyes.
Also recommend one of those pillows from Brookstone, they really work nicely :) .
