I smoke as well...But i want to stop...Its just so hard, I'm very high strung so i don't know if i will give it up....But my Mother -in- Law has lung cancer and i have promised her i try..... _________________ Click to Join.....

whoa. if you wana non smoke, kil the gasoline pufers. ook at any mothers shop of pushchairs. The ones children sit in and such. What level do the children sit at in comparison to an exhaust engine ?
Those who live in the sick air are habitual chainsmokers\pasive smokers nomatter how close to the sidewalk edge they walk. So if you sit in traffic, sit in a push chair or sit in an office at least 3 times a week, you already have the lungs of a passive smoker or worse. So why stop tobacco, the drug that induces social harmony as any Amerindian peace piper would tell you ?
Guilt is the answer, death society in guilt, kill your car.
I love walking the country, that is the best way to give up smoking, by taking on excercise. Until then, I smoke in jah city. Good luck isis, but i'm sure you smoke because you like it.
