I thought i'd share this with you all....If your trying to find a easy way to lose weight and keep it off, Then this work's great....I have lost 44 pound's on it in three month's.....I got hurt last year and the med's added 50 pound's to me....I had to lose it and found this to be the best and easy's way to do so........

 Congrats Isis!!! ...But please be leery...cuz my ex..and my mom and sister went on something called..."Nutrabolic"..which is similar to the Nutrisystem....It works if you stay on the diet..but be careful if you go off of it...you could gain everything back and then some...Just giving you a heads up...El Bandito
