*gasp* yes, i'm asking the dreaded tabboo question. what are your opinions on it? is it necessary to wait until you're married? when did you lose it? not trying to get too personal- it's just a very popular topic in today's world (especially the young adults). and it seems to be a very important part of growing up and reaching womanhood.
i don't particularly think that it's necessary to wait until marriage... as long as the two people feel they are mature enough to handle the emotional baggage that comes with losing one's virginity and such... and intelligent enough to use protection.

Well Rose_Ashes, a lot of people I know frown upn sex before marriage. I think it's your own decision, shouldn't give into peer pressure. If you're happy in your relationship and feel ready and can handle what is, as I see it a responsibility then yes. But I also think people should wait until they are the age of consent. (17 in N.Ireland, which is older than the UK and possibly US? I'm not sure)
Obviously protection should ALWAYS be used. Unless of course you're trying for a baby!
I'll be honest with you. I regret losing mine when I did. I do feel like I was pressurised into it and me being the stupid fool I am went along with it. I wish I'd wanted for the partner I'm with now.
