Other Pagan religions? that seems odd since although Wicca is the most commonly known it is the newest.....
But for the sake of this section i would say does anyone here study different herbs etc....what have you found to be accurate with what is commonly known about different ones?

Wicca has been around a lot longer than is commonly thought, in one form or another-Wicca is the relatively new name it has been given.
To answer your plea about flowers and herbs- A couple of good books that have the most common herbs/flowers and their uses are:
Encyclopedia of Herbs and their uses, by the Royal Horticultural Society.
Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs, by Scott Cunningham.
Both help identify the plants and cross reference other names for them, as well as uses in cookery and healing. The 2nd book, gives detailed uses for plants in magic and ritual. |
