Ok just saw it....

It was not what I expected ...it is not as colorful, as the other Superman movies with Christopher Reeve..........it is based on the comic books of Superman

Lex Luther is back..but this time as Kevin Spacey..............he looked the part....he was ok...but he was NO GENE HACKMAN thats for sure...

Lex Luthors character in the previous movies..was one of the best villians...he was funny...and yet wanted to get rid of Superman and take over the west coast of America LOL
He had his funny side kick...the ladies that where part of his plot..that held a soft spot for Superman

In this movie - Superman Returns...the new lex Luthor is not exactly like the old character...still as devious...still as sneaky...but this new one is much more violent and darker.....there is a scene in it that kids shouldnt watch...a bit on the violent side....unlike what it used to be...when Lex just had his trusty sidekick...now he has a gang of bulloies..that kick the living crap out of Superman...it was like something you would see in a dark alley!!! not exactly how kids like to watch it...me thinks they went a lil OTT for a kids superhero movie....

Its good..but not that great...it was too hyped up..but I much prefered the older movies......but the new guy that plays Clark Kent...does look the part...

The anding was rather funny...I was surprised they actually remembered that Lex Luthor was meant to be a funny kid of baddie..that gets fioled by the good gys LOL...but watch it and see for yourselves..I cant tell you what happens laughing

Lex talking to Lois about his dad......

LEX -- "Kitty, what did my father always say?"
Kitty -- "Lex, your hair is falling out."
Lex Luthor---- NO... before that.
Kitty --- ."...Get out???" laughing
