We are always looking for proof of the existence of alien life. Pouring over sighting reports, enhancing photographs, and editing video film are the most common ways in which we seek that proof. Of course, the SETI project is patiently waiting for that one signal from another planet to prove the thesis of alien life. But if a recent Internet article has any basis in fact, maybe there is an additional avenue to explore; red rain.
Red rain could prove that aliens have landed gives us a fascinating look at an event that occurred on July 25, 2001. Red rain fell over western India, and continued for two months. The phenomena turned tree leaves red, and even clothes had a pink hue to them. At times, the rain was so heavy that it came in sheets of scarlet. At first, the red color was thought to be from dust storms, but according to physicist Godfrey Louis, the material was of biological origin, coming from passing comets. In other words, the red rain was of an extraterrestrial origin. If this is true, it could turn out to be an amazing discovery. A discovery that might send us in a new direction in our hunt for ET.

I have not heard of this one until now....I think you can read every UFO site you find and learn something new on everyone of them......
