Whenever I've tried to add pictures with the "Add Image To Post" link below the main post text box it comes back with Internal script error: unable to move file. Anyone else been having this problem?

Next time that happens put the link and address in a code box and post it here. This has not happened with me.

Yet anyway.

Instead of describing it here's a screenshot uploaded via Photobucket

Edit: oh hell LOL it's resized it to that size... If you want a full sized pic PM me your email address Smilie_PDT

You just posted a picture you can't post any others? Try it the same way you posted the screen cap.

Post just the address of the picture or PM it to me. I will PM my email address to you.

Sorry Vince, it's saved on my hard drive, I saved it using Paint once I'd taken the screenshot. I only know two ways to link to a picture - via Browse using the Forum and via Photobucket. Photobucket automatically resizes pictures if they're over a certain size, although this is the first one of mine it's done. I don't mind sending the full size pic to any who request it, although I suspect it'll only be of use to people like you who understand what the text means. Anyone else who gets an error will probably recognise it from the smaller picture.

Are you supplying a complete path right down to the file name and type of file (I.E: GIF, JPG, PNG, BMP) and it has to be less than 2MB in size.

The screen cap you sent was
File name: aaa
File type: bmp
File size: 2.3MB

I'm using the browse function that the forum provides so if there's a problem with the file path I'm assuming it's down to the forum. The picture is in My Pictures, which is a common directory.

I have had trouble uploading the following picture:

C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\My Pictures\Bebi IMM.bmp
82.1kb

I'm using the above image as a test periodically to see if it's working yet as I know it's a viable image. As of now it's still bringing up the error message.

Can I post Images?
Images can indeed be shown in your posts. However, there is no facility at present for uploading images directly to this board. Therefore you must link to an image stored on a publicly accessible web server, e.g. http://www.some-unknown-place.net/my-picture.gif. You cannot link to pictures stored on your own PC (unless it is a publicly accessible server) nor to images stored behind authentication mechanisms such as Hotmail or Yahoo mailboxes, password-protected sites, etc. To display the image use either the BBCode [img] tag or appropriate HTML (if allowed).

From here: FAQ List

There's a link under the text box when you create a post that says Add Image To Post. I've used it before on here, and use it all the time on my forum lol

If you use that link you have to upload to their server and use it there.

Have you check the file size with the properties menu?

The pic I'm using to periodically test to see if it works yet is 82.1 kb, I'm presuming this is well below any forum limit.
