My name is actually Frank but my usual fratka profile would not take for some reason. Maybe Hotmail has issues with this validation system. Anyway, glad to be here. I am all over several forums, not just the problem one of late. It seems ya'll have slowed over the past couple months, maybe it's just the holiday's.
Glad to be here even though the circumstances for bringing me here were not hte best. Ya'll all seem like a great bunch of peeps. Look forward exchanging ideas.

I welcomed you on another post...before I saw this one....Nice pics Frank...and yes you will find that RAW is a very nice forum..with a lot to offer in topics of interest....

See, I'm not fat!  As a matter of fact, after I saw that show called, "Super Size Me" I will never eat fast food again and I haven't.
This guy almost died when he changed his diet to McDonald's for 30 days, 3 meals a day. By day 21 or 22 he was in the hospital with his liver failing.

that's shocking! I'm glad I hardly eat any takeaway stuff, we might get a pizza delivered once a month for a treat but that's about it.

ooops mybad...my finger got stuck on the submit...LOL
I don't eat anything unhealthy...maybe once in a while will go out to eat and I eat lobster in drawn butter ....which is very fattening...
I've stayed my same weight for the last 18-20 yrs...right after I had my daughters...I trimmed down and stayed at 110-115 lbs...and for someone my height that's a good weight...
I won't even think of eating at McDonalds that's what I call a 99cent heart attack...in a a sack...

| Hey Sarah, we (myself and Ripley) are trying to get this forum going again...could you get the word out? Maybe that will stop the post and run folks from spraying verbal grafitti all over here. |
