The Jews are waiting for their Messiah, the Christians for the second coming, the Muslims, for their Mahdi, and so on...
Lucis Trust first started as Lucifer Publishing, created by Alice Bailey, who a follower of Helen Blavatsky, and both Theosophists. She changed the name from Lucifer publishing to Lucis trust to hide the true intentions. Basically they view Lucifer as God. Lucis Trust is an NGO that gives advice to the establishment, and published all work done by the United Nations. The land donated by the Rockefeller family to build the U.N. head quarters in New York, used to also house Lucis Trust.

The Reappearance of the Christ
This is a time of preparation not only for a new civilisation and culture in a new world order, but also for the coming of a new spiritual dispensation.
Humanity is not following an uncharted course. There is a divine Plan in the Cosmos of which we are a part. At the end of an age human resources and established institutions seem inadequate to meet world needs and problems. At such a time the advent of a Teacher, a spiritual leader or Avatar, is anticipated and invoked by the masses of humanity in all parts of the world.
Today the reappearance of the World Teacher, the Christ, is expected by millions, not only by those of Christian faith but by those of every faith who expect the Avatar under other names -- the Lord Maitreya, Krishna, Messiah, Imam Mahdi and the Bodhisattva.
Glamour and distortion surround this central fact of divine response to human need. This is inevitable but unimportant. The fact of transition into a new age is important. They view Lucifer as a great being because he gave mankind knowledge or enlightenmnet. They are preparing the way for the world teacher known by some as MAITREYA!

WHO IS MAITREYA pronounced: my-tray-ah?
He has been expected for generations by all of the major religions. Christians know Him as the Christ, and expect His imminent return. Jews await Him as the Messiah; Hindus look for the coming of Krishna; Buddhists expect Him as Maitreya Buddha; and Muslims anticipate the Imam Mahdi or Messiah.
The names may be different, but many believe they all refer to the same individual: the World Teacher, whose name is Maitreya (My-'tray-ah). Preferring to be known simply as the Teacher, Maitreya has not come as a religious leader, or to found a new religion, but as a teacher and guide for people of every religion and those of no religion.

A Gradual Emergence

According to Creme, Maitreya descended in July 1977 from His ancient retreat in the Himalayas and took up residence in the Indian-Pakistani community of London. He has been living and working there, seemingly as an ordinary man, His true status known to relatively few. He has been emerging gradually into full public view so as not to infringe humanity's free will.
As a modern man concerned with today's problems, Maitreya has worked on many levels since 1977 to prepare humanity for His outward presence.
From behind the scenes, the outpouring of His extraordinary energy has been the stimulus for dramatic changes on many fronts, including the fall of communism in the Soviet Union, the collapse of apartheid in South Africa, the rapprochement between East and West, the growing power of the people's voice, and a worldwide focus on preserving the environment.
Outwardly, He has met with groups of journalists and influential leaders from all fields, informing them of His solutions to today's most pressing problems and of the role they might play in the coming time.

Some New Age leaders believe that the Fall (in garden of eden) was really man's ascent into knowledge, assisted by Lucifer - whom they hail as the bringer of light and wisdom. These New Age teachers expect an imminent, apocalyptic transformation that will lead humanity into the New Age. By acts of men or by an act of "spirit," earth will be cleansed of those who refuse to evolve. In the New Age, there will be world government; the economy will be remade to Promote "sharing." Traditional morality and traditional families will disappear. Orthodox religions - especially Christianity and Judaism - are considered "separative" and "obsolete"; in the New Age, they too will vanish.
Blavatsky says, "It is but natural ... to view Satan, the Serpent of Genesis, as the real creator and benefactor, the Father of Spiritual mankind. For it is he who was the 'Harbinger of Light,' bright radiant Lucifer, who opened the eyes of the automaton created by Jehovah."[50] According to Alice Bailey, the revolt of the angels against God was part of "the divine plan of evolution;" the fallen angels "descended from their sinless and free state of existence in order to develop full divine awareness upon earth."[51] Spangler, like Blavatsky, praises Lucifer as "the angel of man's evolution. He is the angel of man's inner light."[52] He says that "Lucifer comes to give us the final gift of wholeness,"[53] and "as we move into a new age", "each of us in some way is brought to that point which I term the Luciferic initiation."[54] Spangler sees this as "an initiation into the New Age. It is an initiation of leaving the past and moving into the new, shedding our guilts and fears ... and becoming whole and at peace because we have recognized our inner light and ... the light of God."
Spangler says, "Christ is the perfect balance to Lucifer."[62] Like Matthew Fox, Spangler proposes to replace Jesus with the "cosmic Christ;" "any old Christ will not do, not if we need to show that we have something better than the mainstream Christian traditions. It must be a cosmic Christ, a universal Christ, a New Age Christ. ... The Christ is universal. It is cosmic.
With the New Religion, there will be spiritual totalitarianism. New Age leaders agree that the last 2,000 years - the Age of Pisces - were a time for development of individual identity and personality. According to occult thought, the Piscean Age has as its foundation the male-centered energies that characterize Christianity. The Aquarian Age, on the other hand, is an attempt to bring balance back into the evolutionary process by introducing female energies into our understanding. Those who have embraced this new-age understanding of humanity believe that all of the problems that man faces are a direct result of Christianity and its perceived male- centered belief system.
Therefore, a change in man's thinking must occur to bring about a more equal system that will allow feminine energies to govern humanity. This female-centered system will be based on intuition and experience rather than logic and rational thought, the latter being seen as male characteristics.
In the coming Age of Aquarius, this will change. People will happily let go of individualism and merge their own goals and identity into that of the whole race. As Alice Bailey said, "Selfishness, as we now understand it, will gradually disappear, for the will of the individual will voluntarily be blended into the group will."
The New Age avatars proclaim their commitment to democracy and tolerance. However, they propose totalitarian solutions to mankind's urgent, undeniable problems. The sacrifice of freedom and the acceptance of unlimited government power will - as always - be for our own good; necessity will be the excuse of tyrants. The New Age movement uses the theory of evolution - a theory of inevitable and desirable Progress - as a justification for whatever policies are needed to drive humanity and the planet to the next great leap upward. (Can anything good ever come from applying Darwinism to society?)
Alice Bailey and her followers at the Lucis Trust have repeatedly praised revolutions and dictatorships, approving them as part of the workings of "the Plan." She viewed the dictatorships of her time as a positive part of human evolution, fostering humanity's "power to regard himself as part of a whole.
After all, according to Walsch's incubus, Hitler was doing his victims a favor by killing them; his deeds were "mistakes," not crimes: "The mistakes Hitler made did no harm or damage to those whose deaths he caused. Those souls were released from their earthly bondage, like butterflies emerging from a cocoon.
"Birth itself is a death, and death a birth. For in birth, the soul finds itself constricted within the awful limitations of a body, and at death escapes those constrictions again." This is, almost word for word, what Alice Bailey wrote: "Birth establishes the soul in the true prison, and physical death is only the first step toward liberation."
When you see the utter perfection in everything - not just in those things with which you agree, but (and perhaps especially) those things with which you disagree - you achieve mastery." The price of "mastery" is to see "utter perfection" in Auschwitz and Treblinka. "John," the disembodied spirit which Spangler has channeled for over 20 years, likewise said, "We naturally do not identify life with the physical body, consequently, to us, the loss of your physical form is not a tragedy.... The death of millions of people in itself is not a tragedy for us, for it simply means their birth into our domains."
Walsch's "God" says that Hitler does not deserve blame for his acts - the rest of humanity is responsible for allowing them to happen: "The purpose of the Hitler Experience was to show humanity to itself."
"Blame not the personalities involved.... They are only the product of the past and the victims of the present. At the same time, they are the agents of destiny, the creators of the new order and the initiators of the new civilisation; they are the destroyers of what must be destroyed before humanity can go forward along the Lighted Way. They are the embodiment of the personality of humanity. Blame yourselves, therefore, for what is today transpiring."
Nevertheless, these radical New Age leaders believe that the two World Wars were necessary for human evolution, and that the birth pangs of the New Age began with the atomic explosions in 1945. They also advocate sending those people who are unwilling to enter the New Age into oblivion, and reducing world population to 2 billion - or less. Such is the blood lust of the "compassionate."

From the start of World War II until her death in 1949, Alice Bailey wrote that the war was necessary for the New Age to come. She believed that the New Age would be preceded by a "destructive cycle, wherein the old order passes away" and "human civilization with its accompanying institutions - is destroyed."[202] She gives credit to the "Hierarchy" of ascended spiritual masters for "their decision, taken early in this century, which precipitated ... that major destructive agency, the world war (1914-1945). If evil always appeared as evil, the enticement to evil works would not be as easily "sold" to an unsuspecting population. However, if the plan of Lucifer was "sold" as a plan to develop a human community by establishing unity in diversity, how much more successful could this plan become? Furthermore, if one were aspire to create globalistic unity in diversity, what strategy would serve to unify those of diverse backgrounds, religions, and cultures?

To be honest I'm still trying to figure it all out myself.
Basically this is what it is. According to bible prophecy, there will be the Antichrist before the second coming of Christ. There's talk of a world government that is formed in the name of peace, and then the Antichrist turns against Israel and attempts to destroy it leading to Armageddon, and the second coming of Christ to stop it, and save us all, again. Or something along those lines.
As I research the new world order, the United Nations, the Occult, etc, this guy came up.
I think he probably means well, but it's part of the deception, to prepare the paradigm shift of consciousness. The antichrist!
In the end, though, it's all part of the grand plan. Just wanted to let people be aware of it.

Reminds me of the current news about what's going on in the Middle East. America, Britain and the rest of the UN claim to be doing it "in the name of peace"... Who's the Antichrist I wonder... Bush? Blair?

After the Gulf War, almost all mass media outlets in Russia, as well
as in the West, injected into the common speak the formula "New World
Order," coined by George Bush, and then used by other politicians
including Gorbachev and Yeltsin. The New World Order, based on the
establishment of a One World Government, as has been candidly
admitted by odeologists of the Trilateral Commission and Bildenburg,
is not simply a question of politico-economic domination of a
certain "occult" ruling clique of international bankers. This "Order"
bases itself on the victory on a global scale of a certain special
ideology, and so the concept concerns not only instruments of power,
but also "ideological revolution," a "coup d'etat"
consciousness, "new thinking." Vagueness of formulations, constant
secretiveness and cautiousness, deliberate mysteriousness of the
mondialists do not allow, until the last moment, to clearly discern
the contour of this new ideology, which they decided to impose on the
peoples of the world. And only after Iraq, as if following somebody's
orders, certain bans were take off and multiple publications

of protestantism, eschatological heresies, communist revolutions, and
geopolitical cataclysms of distant centuries, has sharpened its final
formulations, finally determining what was pragmatic and incidental
in previous forms, and what really composed the base tendency of
history on the road to New World Order. After an entire sequence of
vacillations, ambiguities, pragmatic steps and tactical black-outs,
contemporary mondialism has finally formulated its fundamental
principles regarding the pressing situation. These principles can be
assigned to four levels:
1. Economical: the ideology of the New World Order presupposes a
complete and mandatory establishment of the liberal capitalist market
system all over the planet, with no regard to cultural and ethnic
regions. All socio-economic systems carrying elements
of "socialism," "social or national justice," "social protection"
must be completely destroyed and turned into societies of "absolutely
free market." All past flirtations of mondialism with "socialist"
models are coming to a complete halt, and market liberalism is
becoming the single economic dominant on the planet, ruled by the
World Government.
2. Geopolitical: the ideology of the New World Order gives
unconditional preference to countries comprising geographical and
historical West in contrast to countries of the East. Even in the
case of a relatively Western location of one country or another, it
will always be favoured in comparison with its neighbor to the east.
The previously implemented scheme of geopolitical alliance of the
West with the East against the Center (for example, capitalist West
together with communist Russia against national- socialist Germany)
is no longer in use by contemporary mondialism. Geopolitical priority
of Western orientation is becoming absolute. [BUT CHINA IS REPLACING

3. Ethnic: the ideology of the New World Order insists on utmost
racial, national, ethnic, and cultural intermixing of peoples, giving
preference to cosmopolitism of large cities. National and mini-
national movements, used earlier by the mondialists in their fight
against "greater nationalism" of the imperial type, will be
decisively suppressed, as there will be no place left for them in
this Order. On all levels, national politics of the World Government
will be oriented towards intermixing, cosmopolitism, melting pot, and
so forth.
4. Religious: the ideology of the New World Order is preparing the
coming into the world of a certain mystical figure, the appearance of
which, is supposed to sharply change the religious-ideological scene
on the planet. Ideologists of mondialism are themselves convinced
that what is meant by this is the coming into the world of Moshiah,
the Messiah who will unveil laws of a new religion to humanity and
will perform many miracles. The era of pragmatic use of atheist,
rationalist, and materialist doctrines by mondialists is over. Now,
they are proclaiming the coming of an epoch of "new religiosity."
This is exactly the picture emerging from an analysis of latest
revelations by ideologists of the Tripartite Commission, Bildenburg
Club, the American Council on Foreign Relations, and other authors,
intellectually servicing international mondialism on very different
levels - beginning with "neo- spiritualism" and ending with concrete
economical and structural designs of pragmatic technocrats. Careful
study of these four levels of the ideology of the World Government is
a concern of many serious research projects and works, a part of
which, we hope, will appear on the pages of following volumes
of "Elements." But we would like to focus on several aspects right
now. Firstly, it is important to note that this ideology cannot be
qualified as being either "right" or "left." More than that, within
it exists an essential and conscious superposition of two layers,
relating to polar political realities. The New World Order is
radically and rigidly "rightist" on the economic level, as it assumes
absolute primacy of private property, completely free markets, and
triumph of individualistic appetites in the economic sphere.
Simultaneously, the New World Order is radically and
rigidly "leftist" on the cultural-political front, since the ideology
of cosmopolitism, intermixing, ethical liberalism traditionally
belongs in the category of "leftist" political priorities. This
combination of the economic "right" with the ideological "left"
serves as the conceptual axis of contemporary mondialist strategy, a
basis for the design of the coming civilization. This ambiguity is
manifested even in the very term "liberalism," which, on the
economical level stands for "absolutely free markets," but on the
ideological level calls for a "mild ideology of permissiveness."
Today, we can justifiably assert that the World Government will base
its dictatorship not on some typical model of "totalitarian tyranny,"
but on principles of "liberalism." Revealingly, it is in this very
case that the terrible eschatological parody called New World Order,
will be perfected and completed.
Secondly, the West, standing at the head of geopolitical theories of
the New World Order as the hemisphere where the Sun, Sun of History,
sets, takes on the role of both a strategic and a cultural model. In
the course of the last stage of realization of mondialist projects,
natural symbolism must completely concur with geopolitical symbolism,
and the complexity of preceding geopolitical bloc construction,
manoeuvres, ans political alliances, which mondialists used earlier
to reach their goals, now gives way to a crystal clear geopolitical
logic, which even a simpleton is able to comprehend. Thirdly,
Moshiah, whose coming the far-flung mondialist institutions are
supposed to facilitate, is, from the point of view of such diverse
religious tendencies as Orthodox Christianity and Islam, clearly and
without any doubt associated with the sinister figure of Antichrist.
As follows from the very logic of apocalyptic drama, in the course of
the last struggle, the clash will occur not between the Sacred and
the profane, nor between Religion and atheism, but between Religion
and pseudo-religion. That is why Moshiah of the World Government is
not simply a "cultural project," new "social myth," or "grotesque
utopia," but is something much more serious, real, terrible. It is
completely obvious that opponents of mondialism and enemies of the
New World Order (staff members of "Elements" count themselves among
these) must take on a radically negative position in respect to this
ideology. This means that it is necessary to counter the World
Government and its plans with an alternative ideology, formulated by
negating the doctrine of the New World Order.
The ideology radically opposed to mondialism can also be described on
four levels.
1. Economical: priority of social justice, social protection,
and "communal," national factor in the system of production and
distribution.
2. Geopolitical: a clear orientation towards the East and solidarity
with the easternmost geopolitical sectors in considering territorial
conflicts, and so forth.
3. Ethnic: allegiance to national, ethnic, and racial traditions and
traits of peoples and states, with a special preference for "greater
nationalism" of the imperial type in contrast to mini-nationalisms
with separatist tendencies.
4. Religious: devotion to original and traditional religious forms -
most importantly, Orthodox Christianity and Islam, which clearly
identify "new religiosity," New World Order, and Moshiah with the
most sinister player in the eschatological drama, the Antichrist
(Dadjal in Arabic.)
Anti-mondialist ideological warfare front must also combine in itself
elements of "leftist" and "rightist" ideologies, but we must
be "rightist" in political terms (in other words, "nationalists," "traditionalists," etc.) and "leftist" in the
economical sphere (in other words, supporters of social
justice, "socialism," etc.) In fact, this very combination is not
just a conventional and arbitrary political program, but a necessary
condition in this stage of the struggle. Geopolitical priority of the
East makes it incumbent upon us to completely renounce
different "anti-asian" biases, at times held by the Russian Right
under the influence of a bad and completely untimely example of the
European Right. "Anti-asianism" plays only into the hands of the New
World Order. And, finally, allegiance to the Church, the teachings of
Holy Fathers, Orthodox Christianity is a necessary and most important
element of anti- mondialist struggle, since the substance and meaning
of this struggle is in choosing True God, the "right side,"
the "blessed part." And noone will be able to save us from false
charm, sin, temptation, death on this terrible journey, except for
the Son of God. We must become His host, His army, His servants, and
His missionaries. World Government is the last rebellion of the
nether world against the Divine. Short will be the instant of their
triumph. Eternal will be the joy of those who will join the ranks
of "last fighters for Truth and Freedom in God."
The True Judge will "come unexpectedly."

Suppose for one moment, just suppose.....
That this one world government was established along the lines of a democratic society, wherin each nation was rule along the lines of the states in the US?
Representatives from each nation/state would meet and conduct business to allocate funds, services, etc.
Each nation/state would have regional congresses to handle local affairs.

Right thats the plan, or at least part of it. I just see that as wishful thinking. There is no evidence of that.
