Post subject: How to ease a headache
|

Umm the mods may move this cuz I have posted it in another thread..but I just wanted to highlight this tip of mine..so mods go easy on me lol
Get a face cloth................run it under the cold water tap for a few min or place it in to your freezer for a few mins (and only a few mins)
Then get a scarf of any kind.....rinse out your face cloth.............place it onto your forehead.....and tie the scarf tight as you can stick it..and lay down for a few mins or more
Soon your headache will have lifted...this does work my grandmother once told me about this
ALSO I read somewhere that if your tired eyes are sore and strained.....take at least 10 - 15 mins in a room on your own...sit at a table...........put bother your hands cupped over your eyes...and rest there for a lil while........when you take your hands away again....your eyes will indeed seem clearer and you feel better.......this DOES work
that is all

Also Feverfew flower tea is good for headaches/migraines. Basically make up as you would with any herb, allow to cool to drinking temperature then sip frequently.
I used to have loads of Feverfew in my garden down south - most see it as a weed. I used to add the leaves to salads and everything.

Pure lavender essential oil is good for headaches, put one tiny drop on each side of your temple and also pulse points of your wrists. But remember only a little as too much can make the headache worse due to how strong the oil is.
