Nausea
Just a tip I picked up from the girl power forums
how to help nausea
Chamomile tea 100% guaranteed for an upset stomach. It is also calming if you are upset or stressed.
Boil 1/2 cup of rice in 1 cup of water for about 10-20 minutes. After it is boiled, drain the water into a cup and sip at the rice water until symptoms are gone.
The rice one sounds nasty but I will try it if I have to..cuz they do say what dont taste nice..is most likely the best medicine :)

I always keep a packet of alka seltzer around for nausea. I know it's a classic hangover cure, but I find they work on tension headaches and also migraines (found that out the other day - nothing worked, I took an alka seltzer and it was gone in 20 mins! I was amazed...)
Caution, alka seltzer contain aspirin. _________________

Actually I took alka selzer when I was pregnant...I took it once a wek...not cuz I was in pain or anything but because the asprin in it thinned out my blood flow....I ahd a previous misscarriage and the doctors say it could be the lack of blood flow..some say dont take asprin..some say a lil of asprin helps the blood flow and keeps it pumping...so I was able to carry my second child by doing this :) _________________

Aspirin should be avoided if you are taking any medications that affect the blood (warfarin, heparin to name just two - these drugs thin the blood and aspirin taken on top could cause the blood to thin too much and be dangerous). Also, aspirin can affect the stomach lining, in bad cases it can cause stomach ulcers - it's best to take soluble aspirin rather than tablet form if you can.
Basically if you are in any doubt nip up and see your doctor.
