Aww thank Guys (del & jay)
Thats why i havent been on as much as I would like to...I took a cold hthat led to a chest infection...and I still cant breath right..and it hurts...not to mention the serious coughing...it keeps me up at night
So now I just make a few quick posts on UM and the odd one here and then I pop off to lay down for a while and relax....drinking lots of water too

PS It wont be long before I am fully recovered and back in motion FULL SWING POSTING

I have been pouring fluids in...and very little has been coming out.
But I do feel a little better today
