Post subject: Ex partners who mess around with child access

My ex husband has finally surpassed himself. My children live with him via mutual agreement (long story) and after 4 years of amicable access arrangements, with a fortnight visit each summer holidays, I received a solicitors letter today.
^ ^ edited out all important details such as addresses and reference numbers in case anyone's going "OMG she posted that!" 
My mum has gone ballistic at the thought he dares dictate to them when they have visitors. I called my solicitor today and arranged an appointment.
Sorry, I'm going to stop this here, I'm so mad. Let's put it this way it's a bloody good job he lives 125 miles away or I'd have been up there and laid him out good and proper...

LOL the Google ad at the bottom said something about Gorillas - they crack me up the way they work out the ad subject from the text of the last post - Gorillas was perfect, just perfect!

If this was happening here in the states I would say he did not have much to stand on.
It might be a good thing he is 125 miles away.
My ex moved 1/2 way across the country for a year.

As far as I'm concerned if he wants to play dirty then bring it on. He won't know what hit him. I called the kids last night and he had ample time to tell me, never mind the many times a week I call them he could have mentioned this and we could have sorted it out. No,he has to take the cowards way out and hide behind a letter. I've decided because of this I'm now going for full custody of them.
It said Gorillas when I'd first posted and it returned to the post.

Do what I did when my ex did that...I used the system (here with kids it's called Friend of the court). I was always nice with the people there making jokes and NEVER putting her (my ex) down and they would go out of their way to help me.
