ACNE - Some home remedies for acne cure
1.Orange peel pounded well with water. Applied to affected acne areas

2.Cucumber leaves or grated pieces. Apply to area for acne cure.

3.Rub the pimple( acne) with a fresh cut clove of garlic.

4.Drinking atleast 1 litre of water a day to impart a healthy glow to the skin

5.Clove based face mask or a paste of Fenugreek (Methi ) leaves applied overnight on acne and washed off next morning


ASTHMA

Express the juice from garlic. Mix 10 – 15 drops in warm water and take internally for asthma relief.

Mix, onion juice ¼ cup, honey 1 tablespoon and black pepper 1/8 tablespoon.

Mix licorice and ginger together. Take ½ tablespoon in 1 cup of water for relief from asthma.

Drink a glass of 2/3 carrot juice, 1/3 spinach juice, 3 times a day .

Add 30-40 leaves of Basil in a liter of water, strain the leaves and drink the water throughout the day effective for asthma.

TOOTHACHE

Use ice on the gums beside the bad tooth


BACKACHE

Backache cure:
Back pain is one of the most common ailments of mankind. Ever since human beings stood upright they have been having trouble with their backs. In fact, experts estimate that roughly 80 percent of people will experience back pain at some point in their lives, and slightly more men suffer from it than women

What Causes Backache? • Weak abdominal and back muscles
• Poor posture
• Prolonged sitting, standing or stooping in one position, Sudden vigorous jerking or twisting of the trunk
Menstrual pain indirectly causing backache in women

What You Can Do?
When standing:

For prolonged standing in one position, raise one foot on a platform or stool.
When sitting:

Put a cushion in the hollow of your back if your chair has poor back support.

When sleeping:

• Sleep on a firm mattress.
• Avoid sleeping face down.
• Sleep lying on your back or on your side with one knee slightly bent.

Change the activity that causes the pain
If you have to sit, stand or stoop for long periods, change your position occasionally.
Lift heavy loads the proper way. Keep your knees bent and your back straight. Hold the load close to your body and straighten your knees as you lift the load.


Lessen the pain with rest, massage or medication

• Rest in bed to allow the injured muscle to heal.
• Place a hot towel over the aching area for 15 to 30 minutes. Take care not to scald yourself.
• Gently massage the aching area.
• Take a painkiller like aspirin (adults only) or paracetamol.

Exercises to strengthen abdominal and back muscle

Do these exercises daily, 10 times each. Increase the number of times as your strength increases. Stop if the exercise causes pain.

Step 1 Lie on your back with your knees bent. Press your back against the floor by contracting your abdominal muscles. Hold for 5 counts and relax.
Step 2 Lie on your back with knees bent. Raise your head and shoulders as far as you can. Hold for 5 counts and relax.
Step 3 Lie on your front. Lift your right leg as far as possible, keeping your knee straight. Hold for 5 counts and relax. Do this 5 times for each leg.


When to see a doctor for backache:
Go to your family doctor or a government clinic:

• If the pain doesn't go away.
• If diffuse backache is associated with a back that "locks" when you try to stand up after stooping.
• If the pain shoots from the back down one leg.
• If backache is associated with bloodstained or foul-smelling urine.

Go for an examination to the nearest hospital if :

• If back pain follows a fall or blow of the spine.
• If severe back pain shoots down one or both legs and is accompanied by muscle weakness or bladder and bowel incontinence.

I have one how much is the appropriate amount of water to drink a day take your body weight cut it in half that is what will be in ounces then convert to cups that is the amount of water needed to maintain the systems in the body over and above all other beverages..ex: 100 lbs half is 50ounces which is about 6 to 7 cups of water a day or 3 1/2 16oz bottles...


a orange will lower a high fever


a dryed guava leaf and cinamin stick boiled to make a tea will stop vomiting..

I actually had it and no longer do 4 years now and as you know nothing works after a while antibiotics, steroid creams temporay at best and it gets worse by the year.........I approach my body organism as a science if something is in illness or imbalance or sick its a signal too me to let me know i',m putting something in that shouldn't be there and I get it rectified and the reward is good health......I also think dairy causes asthma......

yeah that's true but i've noticed that if i use normal soap and the cold weather sets it off as well which sucks Embarassed

Uhh... I'm not sure if that's accurate. So... if you way, say, 250 pounds you should drink 125 oz. which is about 18 to 19 cups of water. :/ I guess it would be okay if you really liked pissing.
